Wed, 28 October 2009 On this episode of The Big Show, I interview John Marcotte, the founder of RescueMarriage.org.
John has a very interesting idea on how to save your marriage...ban
divorce. I hope you enjoy the show. Especially if you've prayed I'd do
a show under 20 minutes, your prayers have been answered!!Voicemail 707-456-7469 Website www.bigshowradio.com Comments[0] |
Fri, 2 October 2009 Les from Zaldor's World joins me
for another episode of the show you love to love. The audio in the
beginning was an issue but give it a few minutes, it gets a lot better.
We talk about what Les would do for a free cell phone, Aaron goes on a
political rant, Les turns his knob and we shoot the shit about a whole
lotta stuff...Enjoy!Comments[4] |
Fri, 25 September 2009 I'm gonna put it right out there...this was a great show. Yep, I'm
putting the bar high and this episode meets it. Kevin from A Geek and
His Wife joins me to bash Glenn Beck and oh lord does he have it comin,
we talk about movies that suck, Kevin doesn't watch anything that's
cool and we finish by discussing whore mode on Gears of War. Enjoy! Oh
and if you listen to the end, you get to hear Darcy for the very first
time.Comments[2] |
Thu, 17 September 2009 It's been a month...I know, I know. But I'm back and I brought my newly
married cousin with me. Missy and I talk about her wedding (funny
stories I promise), my trip to Minnesota, Obama is acting like a pussy
about healthcare, PETA messes up again and Missy dreams of freakish
children to call her own...forgive us it's been a while so this may not
be the best show ever.Voicemail 707-456-SHOW Comments[2] |
Tue, 11 August 2009 Episode 187 is another one of the fine interviews you come to know and
love from this show. This time I interview Dan Florio, the creator of
RunPee.com. You're asking "what's runpee.com?" Well listen and find
out. Dan gives a lot of good info on this show, so sit back, relax, go
to the bathroom at 23 minutes and enjoy!Voicemail 707-456-SHOW Email: Ihateyourshow@gmail.com Comments[2] |
Fri, 10 July 2009 I know what you're thinking...my god it's a miracle he put out another
show within a week but I did it. Say it ain't so. Due to a ton of
technical issues, I had to edit a few points of the show so if you hear
a rough cut, that's why. I really tried to minimize the impact as best
as I could. Somewhere between the cuts, you'll hear me and my blushing
new podcasting bride talk about THO, dickish pranks to play on people,
Sarah Palin, quizzes you have to take to join the cool kids and a bunch
of other stuff. Enjoy!http://www.bigshowradio.com Comments[6] |
Wed, 1 July 2009 Yeah I know...it's been a month. I figured out how to turn my mixer back on, plugged in the mic, had a drink and called up my cousin for yet another fun filled episode of the show you love to love. I have a feeling that somehow this show will have some unintended fallout. Only time will tell. But in the meantime, enjoy our wonderful stories of Duluth's awesome abortion billboards, pregnant spiders, and a rather unfortunate 6 hour journey through mushroomland. Enjoy!Comments[4] |
Sat, 16 May 2009 4 score and 7 years ago...wait that's not right. 4 years ago (that's
better), The Big Show was started. It's come from a solo project, to a
couplecast, to a couplecast without the couple. There's been sad shows,
funny ones and ones that I said something that made you say "oh lord I
really didn't want to know that". Through it all, I've had the
privilege of getting to know some really great friends and sharing my
life with you. I hope you enjoy this 4th anniversary show. It's long
and for that I apologize but I think it's a great celebration with some
of the people I've enjoyed having on the show through the years.

Wed, 18 February 2009 If you like a show that is 2 drink minimum without the drinks, this is
your episode. Oh man we're all over the place on this one. Les from Zaldor's World
joins me to talk about Singstar, whiggas, Jesus loves rappers, a top 10
list for you bbw's out there, Aaron gets some gloat time in about the
Cardinals and a whole lot more. This is a pretty damn good one so enjoy!Comments[2] |
Sat, 31 January 2009 On this episode, Joe from Cheap Date
joins me to talk about Blago, our favorite Spice Girls songs, a really
messed up Craigslist love connection, and a few flicks you can check
out. Due to some recording technicalities, some of the show had to be
edited out and re-recorded. If you left a voicemail, I'll be putting
out a minicast later this week.Comments[2] |

the best/worst of 2008!Comments[0] |
Mon, 1 December 2008 In our lives, we sometimes fall down but as Batman's dad told him,
falling down is our way of knowing how to get back up. This is the last
of the 3 part series of shows that talk about what happened while this
show was off the air. On this episode, I talk about what happened
during my stay at Desert Vista, how I came to the realization that my
life had to change and a little bit about my life today. Most
importantly, I have some things to address to specific people and I'm
glad I was able to get the chance to do just that. Just as an update, I
now have an apartment lined up so I should be back on the air for a
more regular timeframe beginning at the end of this month. Thanks for
listening.Comments[0] |
Sun, 23 November 2008 This is episode 2 of a 3 part series. This episode discusses a very difficult day, the day I found out Jenny wanted a divorce. This set off a chain of events that I detail in this episode. If you know anyone out there who is in dire straits like I was, get them help. Please. I'm alive today because someone cared. This show is dedicated to the 19 year old kid who took his life yesterday on the internet while people cheered and laughed at him. I understand his pain and it's a sad day when people cheer on that kind of agony.Email: Ihateyourshow@gmail.com Voicemail: 206-202-4807 Comments[2] |
Sun, 16 November 2008 This episode is the first of 3 shows which explains in detail why the show was off the air for 3 months. Kevin from A Geek and His Wife joins me for this episode. Mon, 18 August 2008 Yeah I know I said the show wouldn't be out till Friday but
since I'm leaving for Minnesota on Friday, I thought I'd get it out
there early. This show is definitely not work safe or kid friendly. 8
of us drunkards gathered in our hotel room for a great show. We talked
about Matthew McConaghey being absolutely disgusting yet totally
normal, Lindsay Lohan kissed a girl and liked it and that's just the
beginning. Listen, enjoy, laugh and then say "oh man that was soooo
wrong". Please check out the shows of the Drunkcast participants, without them, this show is a no go: Redboy Podcast, Life of Spaguy's Wife, A Geek and His Wife, The Badgercast, Barely PodcastingrComments[2] |
Sat, 5 July 2008 Barely from Barely Podcasting joins us in the studio for a 2 drink
minimum show. This episode is not work safe, kid safe or really
anything else safe. On this episode, Aaron shares his odd bathroom run
in, Cubs hat = boobs, man showers, Aaron gets kicked off a forum over a
comment about John McCain licking his balls, Porn at work by accident
and we pay tribute to the boobs of Amanda from The Bachelor and the
hotness of Christie Brinkley....this one is way over the top. Enjoy!Check out Barely Podcasting at www.barelypodcasting.com Comments[0] |

more await you on this episode...Link-o-rama: A Geek and His Wife, Shelly's Podcast, Barely Podcasting, Redboy Podcast, Philosophy Guy Comments[0] |

issues, I'm gonna take some time off from The Big Show, enjoy this show
until our return.Comments[0] |
Mon, 21 April 2008 First off, I'm sorry this show is sooooo long but this show turned into
a precursor to the drunkcast from Vegas. Melanie and Jenny had a whole
bottle of wine to themselves and things go south from there....If you
wanted to know any fart stories, bad 80's artists who are still on
tour, book club arguements or just any other random topic, you're gonna
love this episode. Truckers...this show's for you!Link-O-Rama: Geek and His Wife, Shelly's Podcast, Tucker Tales, The Life of Spaguys Wife Comments[0] |

I haven't spoken to this person in a really long time. So what do you
say to someone you haven't talked to in a long time? How about talking
about the size of Nicole Kidman's forehead, how not to interact with
adult entertainers, parties gone horribly wrong, angering lots of
people via email and so much more. Of all the episodes of this show

Tue, 11 December 2007 It's our last show before the big holiday spectacular and I have to say
that on a gem scale, this is a cubic zirconium. We discuss how my work

anyone would go see Dane Cook, Sheri Sheppard knows nothing about
religion, our mayor is an idiot, Jenny gets her own segment (finally)
and we wrap up the show with a talk about Aaron's giant hot

Mon, 27 June 2005 This show is a bit of an expirement for my show. Mr. X of the Mr.X and Just Julie show made a suggestion that I should try skyping people and see what happens. I let the person I spoke to know that I was going to record the call, and they agreed. I'm no Katie Couric, that's for sure but the conversation was very interesting. I got a lot more than I bargained for (in a good way), and I'm really happy with how this turned out. I want to thank Ben from Canada for allowing me to record the call and I hope you enjoy it.
